CRM with compliance review
This flow has the CRM create the profile via APIs, compliance then complete a review of the profile, assign and configuration and trigger the notification to the user to complete the required onboarding steps.
General Flow
- Lead / Account / Opportunity created in the CRM
- CRM pushes the details of the entity to Detected via API and the profile is created
- Compliance team then review the base profile
- (Optional) Compliance set the onboarding configuration
- Compliance add the user and trigger the onboarding notification
- Customer completes onboarding tasks with data synced back to the CRM
- Compliance complete workflows and make approve / decline decision with data synced back to the CRM
