CRM trigger to customer
This flow has the CRM create the profile via APIs and then trigger the required onboarding to the user, it also ensures the right references are set to link the Detected profile to the record in the CRM.
General Flow
- Lead / Account / Opportunity created in the CRM
- CRM pushes the details of the entity to Detected via API and the profile is created
- (Optional) CRM also sets the required onboarding config
- CRM also assigns a user (email) to the profile
- CRM triggers onboarding link to customer
- Customer completes onboarding tasks with data synced back to the CRM
- Compliance complete workflows and make approve / decline decision with data synced back to the CRM
