Simple Email Trigger From CRM

This flow triggers an email notification to a customer from a lead/account/opportunity from the CRM and ensures the right references are set to link the Detected profile to the record in the CRM.

General Flow

Lead / Account / Opportunity created in the CRM

CRM triggers the onboarding email to the customer with a unique reference included for example: https://onboard.abc.com?customer_ref={crm-reference-here}

Customer follows the link and onboards into Detected

Customer completes onboarding with data synced back to the CRM

Compliance complete workflows and make approve / decline decision with data synced back to the CRM
