# General Flow

- A system provides bespoke link to the customer to follow for example:*`https://onboard.abc.com?customer_ref={unique-tag-here}`*
- Customer follows the link and arrives at the onboarding portal
- Logs in, Finds their entity & completes their required onboarding tasks
- The profile is created and 'tagged' with the specific reference from the bespoke link
- *(Optional)* CRM record is created/updated
- Compliance complete their full review
- *(Optional)* Compliance reach out for additional information if required
- *(Optional)* Customer completes required additional information
- Compliance complete their review and approve
- *(Optional)* CRM record is created or updated with additional information
