Using a bespoke weblink

General Flow

A system provides bespoke link to the customer to follow for example:https://onboard.abc.com?customer_ref={unique-tag-here}

Customer follows the link and arrives at the onboarding portal

Logs in, Finds their entity & completes their required onboarding tasks

The profile is created and 'tagged' with the specific reference from the bespoke link

(Optional) CRM record is created/updated

Compliance complete their full review

(Optional) Compliance reach out for additional information if required

(Optional) Customer completes required additional information

Compliance complete their review and approve

(Optional) CRM record is created or updated with additional information
