This flow triggers an email notification to a customer from a lead/account/opportunity from the CRM and ensures the right references are set to link the Detected profile to the record in the CRM.

# General Flow

- Lead / Account / Opportunity created in the CRM
- CRM triggers the onboarding email to the customer with a unique reference included for example: `https://onboard.abc.com?customer_ref={crm-reference-here}`
- Customer follows the link and onboards into Detected
- Customer completes onboarding with data synced back to the CRM
- Compliance complete workflows and make approve / decline decision with data synced back to the CRM
