General Flow
- Compliance/Sales team create the profile and add the details of the entity in Detected using the case management
- (Optional) Compliance team assign specific onboarding configuration
- (Optional) CRM record can be created / updated with base profile
- Customer notified by email, logs in & completes onboarding tasks for the profile
- Compliance complete their full review
- (Optional) Reach back out to the customer for more information if required
- Compliance make approval decision
- CRM record is created or updated with additional information
