Add answers to a profile form

Introduction

Submit answers to a form that has been assigned to a specific profile.

How it works

1. Each form has a unique schema that defines the required fields and validation rules
2. Submit answers as a JSON payload matching the form's schema structure
3. Answers can be updated by submitting again - the latest submission will replace previous answers
4. Use the Case Management tools to retrieve the exact schema and payload structure for each form

Important notes

• The form must be assigned to the profile before submitting answers
• The payload structure is dynamic and varies per form
• Validation is enforced based on the form schema
• Multiple submissions will overwrite previous answers (upsert behavior)
