This flow assumes that Detected is starting the process and then sending the profile to the CRM
The following reference architecture shows one of the most common integration patterns used when integrating any CRM with the Detected platform.
- Sales team send out onboarding link to the business owner
- User clicks on link and completes all onboarding actions in the Detected portal
- Compliance team reviews profile information and completes all checks & sets status of profile to "Approved"
- Webhooks fire and create the record in the CRM using the data from the detected profile. In this instance the crm stores the detected profile ID which is used for any other updates between the systems.
