Dashboard ChangesFeaturesPortal configuration pageWe have added the feature that dashboard owners can now add and edit configurations for the onboarding portal. This new feature is accessible on the left hand menu under "Configuration" in "Portal Actions". For newly added accounts users will be forced to create a default configuration for all countries. Once that has been done a user can set up configurations for different groups of countries as they like. 

The configuration options to choose from are:
Declaration
This is always on and is the confirmation text you want to appear at the end of the declaration form. This action is activated once the other actions are completed
UBO
When turned on this will trigger onboarding clients to enter UBO's of the company and the stake they have in the company.
Director
When turned on this will trigger onboarding clients to enter the Director information of the company. 
Document Upload
When turned on this will allow you to set onboarding clients with documents to upload. The documents must have a name but description text is optional although recommended. They can be set to compulsory or optional
ID Verification (IDV)
When turned on this will allow you to verify the identity of individuals based on your configuration.  You can activate the option for IDV with no sub configuration which will allow anyone signed into the portal to perfom an ID check. If UBO or Directors are turned on in your config you can also turn on IDV checks for these individuals. You can set all notified UBO's or Directors to have to go through IDV or you can select a minimum of just 1 that is required. If you select the option for a minimum of 1 you can do more, it is just that 1 will be required to complete onboarding. 
Onboarding PortalFixes and Improvements:Size of the Iframe has been adjusted for our identity verification software.
Additional text has been added to advise length of time for Identity verification to occur.
Adjusted Identification notification to a % from a round number.
Added asterisks to fields that are mandatory across the portal.
Adjusted text on some screens to better explain actions that are required. 
Fixed issue where only optional documents were in the portal config that would not allow users to complete their onboarding.
